Nor is this a place for purchasing the unending tipping packages that proliferate on the net - the ones that never seem to lose but at the same time are run by fellas with the arse hanging out of their trousers.

No, this is purely and simply about finding the best places to enjoy a beer while watching your hard-earned slowly draining into the TAB plughole, whether that be at the nearest PubTab, or if you’re lucky enough down trackside. Don’t get us wrong - we’re happy to have an opinion on anything racing or otherwise - we picked the Bob Woolmer story 3 days before it broke! We just want (need?) to find the best place to have a beer and a punt in Melbourne and beyond.
